Returns Policy

Items to be returned for Warranty or repair will only be accepted when accompanied by our Returns Form and Returns Authorisation Number (RTN).
For a copy of the form click here > Returns Form Please telephone James Roberts on the above number for your RTN - this must be obtained before items are returned. Enter the number onto the form along with as much information as possible to enable us to process it.
