Relief valveRelief valves

Relief valves are available for the different Hy-Pro ranges of hydraulic valves which can also be used as inline valves. Two relief valves together in a purpose built manifold give dual line relief commonly used to prevent shock loads in hydraulic motors and equal ended cylinders.

Please note. Unless otherwise requested relief valves are set  'full open' at
20 lpm / Shell Tellus 37 / 30 to 40 degrees C.

Pilot check valvePilot check valves

Used to lock one or both service ports to ensure there is zero movement of the actuator whilst its control valve is in neutral. These check valves are designed for inline use and can be fitted close to or on cylinders.

Flow control valveFlow control valves

Hy-Pro's in-line flow divider valve allows independent control of two hydraulic circuits from one input. The flow is split to provide a controlled ‘Priority’ flow to feed one circuit which is not affected by varying pump delivery or pressure changes in either circuit.

Diverter valveDiverter Valves

Hy-Pro diverter valves are available as either three or four ported versions. Three ported valves can be used to control a single acting cylinder or as a two way diverter to switch pump flow. Four ported valves can be used to control the movements of cylinders and motors or as a three way diverter.
