Reversing Pumps
For marine autopilot steering applications, the range of five gear pumps is suitable for 12 or 24 volt systems. Every pump is fitted with check valves as standard and can be used with balanced or unbalanced cylinders. The gear form has been selected to give minimum noise with maximum performance up to 55 bar. Used on sailing or powerboats and can also be used for applications such as window and door openers.
Reversing pumps are available in five flow rates.

Constant Running Pumps
Manufactured specifically for marine autopilot steering applications the versatile PC25 constant running pump uses a heavy duty 4 brush fan cooled motor to deliver 2.5 litres per minute. Designed to be used for heavy duty applications on larger yachts or commercial craft these units come fitted with pressure compensated flow controls, relief valves and cylinder lock valves as standard. They can be used with single or twin double acting ram systems and with balanced or unbalanced cylinders and pressurised systems.

PC25 Installation and service instructions
The versatile PC45 constant running power unit uses a heavy-duty 4 brush fan cooled 325 watt motor to deliver 4.5 lpm. For use in heavy duty applications on larger yachts or commercial craft these units come fitted with pressure compensated flow controls, relief valves and cylinder lock valves as standard. Developed specifically for marine autopilot applications in the commercial and larger pleasure boat market the PC45 can be used with single or twin ram systems.
The unit is designed to be compatible with unbalanced rams and pressurised reservoir type systems.
