V1-40 sectional spool valve 40 Lpm

A low profile mobile sectional spool valve which can be lever or cable operated. It is suitable for open or closed centre circuits and there are spool options for 2, 3, & 4 position valves, all with good metering characteristics. Fine metering spools are also available and a direct acting main relief valve can be incorporated into the inlet cover. Extensive range of inter-section and ancillary valves are available.

TheV1-40 valve section and ancillary valves can be assembled into existing V1000 assemblies but V1000 and V1-40 levers are not interchangeable. The V1-40 has superseded the V1000 series, from whiich it was developed.

Ancillaries

Service line relief valve Limits the pressure in individual service lines and provides anticavitation protection in circuits with overrun situations. Maintains oil in the actuators. Datasheet
Cross line relief valve Designed to be fitted onto V1-40 sectional valve ports. Relieves pressure from one service line to the other using only one relief valve cartridge. Datasheet
Pilot check valve Used to lock one or both service ports to ensure that there is zero movement of the actuator whilst its control valve is in neutral. Datasheet
Flow control sections Pressure compensated meter-in type flow control for a V1-40 valve assembly. Regulated flow is supplied via a pressure gallery to downstream sections while upstream is unaffected. Datasheet
Flow divider sections Allows two hydraulic circuits to be built into one valve assembly. The supply is connected directly to the section. Datasheet
Series connecter For fitting between two valve sections to connect in series the actuators they control. May be used to synchronize two hydraulic motors where return oil from one is fed into the inlet of the second. Datasheet
Mid inlet section Used to feed a second hydraulic supply into a valve chest so that two separate control assemblies can be build into one valve chest. Datasheet
Microswitch Used to energize an electric circuit as the spool is moved from neutral and to de-energize it when the spool returns to neutral. Datasheet
