Developed from our proven V2000 valve specifically for the mobile hydraulic market, the new casting offers 60 lpm flow, a 250 bar pressure rating and a fully enclosed lever providing good environmental protection. An extensive range of 2, 3 and 4 position spools, intersection and ancillary options enable this valve to be adapted to suit most applications.
The valve has a low profile section and may be lever or cable operated. It is suitable for open or closed centre circuitsand there are spool options for 2, 3 & 4 position valves, all with good metering characteristics. Fine metering spools are available and direct acting or pilot operated main relief valves can be incorporated into the inlet cover.

V5-60E G1/2 solenoid spool valve 60Lpm The V5-60 60 is available with solenoid pilot control. The internal oil pilot is switched by solenoid operated cartridges using a compact 24-watt DC coil. A damping orifice fitted in the pilot line eliminates the harshness associated with standard direct acting solenoid valves to give a positive feel to the control system. V5-60E solenoid valves can be built in to a valve assembly containing manual valves and any of V5-60 range ancillary valves.

| Flow divider sections | Allows two hydraulic circuits to be built into one valve assembly. The supply is connected directly to the section. | Datasheet |
| Flow divider electric | As above, but flow can be adjusted remotely. Controlled using a proportional driver cartridge and 10KΩ Potentiometer. | Datasheet |
| Flow control sections | Pressure compensated meter-in type flow control for a V5-60 valve assembly. Regulated flow is supplied via a pressure gallery to downstream sections while upstream is unaffected. | Datasheet |
| Flow control electric | As above, but flow in a bank of valves can be varied remotely. Controlled using a proportional driver plug, or by varying 10v DC control signal. | Datasheet |
| Pilot check valve | Used to lock one or both service ports to ensure that there is zero movement of the actuator whilst its control valve is in neutral. | Datasheet |
| Service line relief valve | Limits the pressure in individual service lines and provides anticavitation protection in circuits with overrun situations. Maintains oil in the actuators. | Datasheet |
| Microswitch | Used to energize an electric circuit as the spool is moved from neutral and to de-energize it when the spool returns to neutral. | Datasheet |
| Series connecter | For fitting between two valve sections to connect in series the actuators they control. May be used to synchronize two hydraulic motors where return oil from one is fed into the inlet of the second. | Datasheet |
| Series parallel connecter | Used to give priority to upstream sections. If the up stream section is single acting, the pressure gallery is only closed when in the raised position. | Datasheet |
| Dual axis levers | Operate two sections either simultaneously or individually to give an operator total control of two sections with 360 degrees of movement. | Datasheet |
| Rotary lever | Developed to give the operator precise control of motors and cylinders. Lever swings through a 130° arc and has a friction detent to allow the selected position to be maintained. | Datasheet |
| Solenoid umloader intersection | Unloads the pressure gallery to tank when power to the coil is interrupted. Can be used in both manual and solenoid operated valve assemblies as an emergency stop. | Datasheet |
| Mid inlet section | Used to feed a second hydraulic supply into a valve chest so that two separate control assemblies can be build into one valve chest. | Datasheet |
