In recent blogs V4-40 and V5-60 we have featured our V4-40 and V5-60 Sectional Spool Valves. Both boast a full interchangeable range of control options, including pneumatic and electric and an impressive range of spool options.
Their robust design make them suitable for the most demanding mobile applications but did you know that we offer a combined inlet and unloader for both the V4 & V5 valves?
The combined inlet unloader is used on recovery vehicles and machines that require additional safety measures to prevent unexpected operation.
A specially designed Normally Open solenoid cartridge, is incorporated which rapidly unloads the pressure gallery to tank when power to the coil is interrupted.
When the coil is energised pressure is available to the working sections of the valve.
A small manual override valve is included which allows commissioning of the system hydraulics when power to the coil is not available.
These features have the following benefits :-
- Compact integrated design combining Inlet-relief valve, pressurising valve and unloading valve.
- A manual override enabling the spool valve to be opened without power.
- Compatible with V4-40 and V5-60 spool valves
- Built in extra safety measures
