Hypro Introduces New 0.5 Litre Pump to Their PR Range

We have recently introduced a new 0.5 pump to the range of PR+ Reversing DC Hydraulic Power Units which provides a cheaper alternative for smaller ranges of leisure crafts. 

What is the product? 

The power unit is a result of 30 years of development and has been designed to replace loud piston pumps with a precision gear solution. This solution is able to ensure a smooth and quiet flow, in all conditions. 

Designed and manufactured in the United Kingdon, the smaller Reversing DC Hydraulic Power Unit is a design which can be relied on in even corrosive marine conditions.  

The pump is available in a litre per minute flow of 0.5, making it perfect for smaller leisure applications.  

Notable Features 

The reversing drive features IP67 motors which allow it to possess a 4000-hour brush life, making it one of the best on the market.   

It also includes pilot check valves as standard which means it can be used in both balanced and unbalanced cylinders. 

Due to its marine environment application an advanced protective coating has been developed which preserves the PR+ DC drive from the corrosiveness of a salty atmosphere. Additionally, the drive features hardened finished gears which also help to ensure a long service life. 

A pre-drilled mounting foot has been included in the design for quick and easy instillation.
