Our New 5 Position Valve Section!

The team at Hy-Pro are proud to announce the release of our new multi-function hydraulic valve.

What is it? 

The exclusive 5 position valve section has been designed to use in a range of winch applications or as a multi-function valve. 

It can be used in operations requiring momentary, constant control, or both.  

When used in unison with quick release couplings, 1 single spool section alone can be used to control various pieces of equipment. 

What Materials is it Made From? 

The valve’s body is made from cast iron, a virtually indestructible metal, perfect for mechanical operations.  

Cast iron also resists abrasion and indentation, being a great durable material to withstand heavy loads and a great deal of pressure. 

The product’s seals are made from a combination of nitrile and Viton rubber. 

Nitrile is an oil-resistant material, as well as being water-resistant, hydraulic fluid and other mechanical substances. 

Viton rubber is great at preventing abrasion and harsh weather conditions. It’s also repellent of UV exposure, oxidation and various chemicals. 

Product Specification 

In terms of pressure, the valve can withstand a maximum of 250 bar and a back pressure of 25 bar. 

It can function in temperatures over 65°C and at a minimum of -20°C. 

The component weighs a total of 2kg and has a section width of 38.1mm. 

Its rated flow is 60 I/min and spool leakage is 8cc/min.
